We ship worldwide.
United States: Shipping takes a minimum of 3-5 business days.
International: Shipping takes a minimum of 6-14 business days.
All package are ship from the United State, New Jersey.
This does not include processing time. Processing time can take anywhere from 2-5 business days from when we receive your order.
Please Note: Some countries charge custom and other fees that we cannot reimburse. Please check with your local postal office to see if your country charges fees.

Where is my order?
You can instantly review the status of pending and past orders placed online on our site. Simply login and click on the order.
Sometimes there can be a brief delay in displaying your order online. If you don't see your order details right away, please check again in a few hours. If you're a registered user, you'll be receiving an email from us when your order has shipped.

How do I track my order?
To track your order, please view your order. Once your purchase(s) is shipped you should see a tracking number. Click on the tracking number and it should take you directly to the tracking page. Please note that when it is in transit there will be no update until it is in a specif location.
